There was no hot water in room also water was having so much of dirt. First day they ignored my complaint and then second day when I called make my 訂房網站 then they escalated matter and changed my room. Worst service

I would give a 5star only for the kitchen department. the food was excellent. But the stay was very bad. The room is bad. Bad internet, I couldn't work. The bathrooms have broken taps. I request the hotel manager to please concentrate on the rooms as the stay is very important for an individual. My final review about this place is - Food is excellent, the stay is pretty bad. stay has to be improved.

Its not 4 star hotel or i can say its lodge with function hall. It's property with mass, bar 7 could bar for local business. Its not safe for out side family travelers. They are cheating public by saying 4 star resorts.

Make-my-訂房網站 is actively promoting this hotel. They are simply cheating the people. This hotel is basically a marriage lawn. Located in dusty dirty area. Nowhere even close to 4 star hotel. Even the name is 7th cloud club, bar and resorts. Its good only if your aim to travel is to consume alcohol. Few staff people are good but they do not have any training. Hot water is not available. They will give you water heating rod which you will have to use. Electricity connection is eccentric. No lift. Car does not go up to gate / reception. In breakfast only 3 items are available : poha, pratha and sandwich. Of this also, only pratha is worth eating. Go only if you want to waste your money. Better stay in some 2 star property. This is only money minting exercise for mmt.

The stay was decent. The staff was supportive, and the room was clean, but the bathroom didn’t have a geyser. Despite paying a significant amount, such a basic facility was missing. It was a bit of an issue during the cold weather, but we managed. Overall, the stay was fine. However, the food was quite expensive considering the location.
